Our commitment to the horses who come through our program doesn't end when they leave our care. We love following their journeys and helping ensure their continued health, happiness, and well-being.

Update Requirements

• First Year After Adoption: Updates and current photographs are required every three months.

• After the First Year: Annual updates and current photographs are required to help us maintain contact and follow each horse's progress.

Please complete the form below and include current photographs showing your horse's front, back, left side, right side, feet, and shelter.

Important: Please use your horse's registered Jockey Club name when completing this form.
